- Conclusion of the contract
The order you submit constitutes a legally binding offer to enter into a purchase contract. The contract is deemed concluded when you receive an order confirmation by e-mail from us.
- Prices and payment
Product prices are quoted in Swiss francs (CHF) and include all taxes, unless otherwise stated. Payment must be made before delivery, unless otherwise agreed in advance for large volumes. We accept payment by credit card, Postcard, Twint and other payment methods available on our website.
- Delivery
We deliver by parcel post at the buyer's expense, unless otherwise agreed or the minimum amount for free delivery has been reached. Delivery times are given as an indication only and may vary according to product availability.
- Transfer of risk
The risks associated with the products are transferred to the buyer at the time of dispatch. Any damage or loss in transit must be reported within the time limits set out in our returns policy.
- Warranty and returns
If you notice a defect in the products received, please inform us by e-mail within 5 days of receipt of the order. Defective products must be returned with a copy of the invoice and a detailed description of the defect. We will decide how to proceed, such as a price reduction, replacement or refund, in the event of a proven defect.
